Friends of Buile Hill Park

Friends of Buile Hill Park The Friends of Buile Hill Park are an independent constituted local group of volunteers who care about and work to improve Buile Hill Park in Salford.

We do this by fundraising, events and opening the pavilion to park users for facilities. Through working in partnership with other local community organisations and Salford City Council we used to be the peoples voice to help brighten and maintain Buile Hill Park. Sadly this has now changed as we decided to concentrate on being a coffee morning group and not really investing any donations into the

general park as we now need this to help our coffee mornings. Since forming the group has hosted some great regular family events within the park including the Santa’s Letter Day Christmas Grotto, Salford Show, Car Boot Sales and the Queens Golden Jubilee Party in the Park. We work with Buile Hill Croquet Club, Start in the Park and Start Allotments to make the park a better place for all.
