Medaille Trust Combating Modern Slavery by: offering safe housing, providing support for victims, raising awareness

The Medaille Trust is a charity in the United Kingdom founded by several Catholic Congregations. Its main aim is to end the trafficking and enslavement of women, children and young men to the s*x industry. The charity currently operates nine houses in the UK and outreach services, providing support and help to people freed from trafficking situations. Join us in Blackpool for the North Fundraising Walk and be part of something meaningful.

Together, we’ll walk to raise awareness of modern slavery, support survivors and help create a future where everyone can live in freedom.

All proceeds will go towards supporting people affected by trafficking and modern-day slavery.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you to a special fundraising event featuring Still Hope, a film inspired by true stories exploring the courage it takes to rebuild life after exploitation.

The evening will also feature our Art Roadshow, showcasing powerful survivor-created artwork that reflects resilience, recovery and hope.

💜 Yesterday, Medaille Trust was pleased to attend the Annual Anti-Slavery Awards, hosted by the Human Trafficking Foundation.

It was a wonderful opportunity to come together with organisations and individuals dedicated to tackling modern slavery, recognising their outstanding contributions and commitment to supporting survivors.
We were also pleased to be joined by the Minister for Safeguarding.

Stronger Together for a Safer Greater Manchester 💜

We are pleased to announce that Medaille Trust has been appointed Coordinator of the Greater Manchester Anti-Trafficking and Slavery NGO Forum.

Through this role, we will bring together charities, community organisations and frontline services to share expertise, strengthen partnerships and improve collaboration in the fight against modern slavery.
Together, we can build a stronger, more coordinated response and make a meaningful difference across Greater Manchester.
