What a fantastic week supporting families across Salford whilst celebrating 💜

Our Infant Feeding Peer Support Manager, Jo Stockton, spent the morning at Lance Burn Medical Centre meeting expectant parents, chatting about infant feeding and sharing how Home-Start supports local families.

Did you know our team reaches out to new parents within 48 hours of receiving referral details from the hospital after baby arrives? 🏥👶

A huge thank you to all our incredible staff and volunteers who make our drop-ins and meetups across Salford possible. We couldn’t do it without you!

Supporting a breastfeeding parent doesn't have to be complicated. Every bit of care, encouragement and understanding helps!
Here are 3 easy ways you can make a difference today:

1️⃣Tag a Mum: Mention a mum in the comments below to send some love and let her know she’s doing great!

2️⃣Offer a Hand: Take care of non-feeding tasks like bringing a cup of tea, preparing a quick meal, running a simple errand or just offering a listening ear.

3️⃣Advocate: Help normalise breastfeeding by supporting breastfeeding-friendly policies and spaces in your community and workplace.
