**PLEASE SHARE** All questionnaires need to be filled in by Friday 1st May, 12pm!

Hi all, if have a few mins spare and you have not yet filled out the questionnaire, click on the link below. All answers are anonymous and are regarding ALL SEND services in Salford, not just You Can.

The objective of this data collection is to inform practitioners of existing service gaps and to advocate for improvements to the current SEND provision to hopefully enhance services.

To fill in, please click on the link: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/SS7CNj5n8d
––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
We have noticed that all across Salford, the number of SEND young people attending targeted provisions has declined particularly over the last year.
To try to understand why this is, I am conducting an action research project as part of my university dissertation. I would love to hear from parents of SEND young people and the professionals who work with SEND young people to hear your views and thoughts on why.
Please note that no personal details will be taken or used.
Your views are incredibly important to help shape youth services for SEND young people. If you have a few minutes spare, please fill in the questionnaire. If you have any questions, please contact me via email: [email protected].
