Last year was another huge one for JEP. This report celebrates the progress, achievements and outcomes of our young people, alongside the dedication of the staff, families, schools and partners who supported them along the way! 🙏🏻

Following results day yesterday, we couldn’t be prouder of our young people and everything they achieved during the 2025/26 academic year. These results are a brilliant reflection of just how DETERMINED our young people have been, alongside our staff, day in, day out! 💪🏻

But at JEP, results will never tell the whole story.

For many of our young people, simply re-engaging with education, walking through the door, building trust and having another go is an achievement in itself. Qualifications matter, but the confidence, relationships and belief built along the way matter just as much 🙏🏻

So whether you achieved a Level 2, completed your first accredited unit, or simply believed that education could work for you again, we’re proud of you! 🩶

A huge well done to our 2025/26 cohort and Team JEP. What a year! 👏🏻

𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗝𝗘𝗣 🤝𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵

In the final few days of term, Team JEP completed both the Team Teach Two-Day and One-Day Refresher CPD Courses, strengthening the skills and confidence needed to support our young people during challenging moments 🙏🏻

Team Teach goes beyond understanding physical intervention - It focuses on building positive relationships, understanding behaviour, and using effective de-escalation to help young people feel safe, supported and understood! 🩶

Investing in our team’s development means we can continue to provide calm, consistent support every day, for all that we work with 🧘‍♂️

Well done to all that took part! 👏🏻

And it’s all over! As the Summer holidays begin, it’s time for the mighty members of Team JEP to enjoy a well-earned break! 🥳

We’ve loved every moment of supporting you this year - celebrating your successes, helping you through the toughest days and watching your confidence grow…seeing the progress you’ve made means more to us than words can say 🥹

This has been JEP’s biggest year yet 🩶:

🏆 181 young people placed through our Alternative Provision, joining us from more than 10 different localities!

💚 Over 2000 more young people supported through our Counselling Service across the country!

To every young person, parent, school, local authority, partner and member of staff - Thank you for being part of another unforgettable year at JEP! 🙏🏻

Over the past week, we’ve been saying goodbye to our incredible Year 11s, as they begin the next chapter of their education journeys!

Every single member of the JEP team is immensely proud of their resilience, determination and dedication to achieve their goals throughout their time with us! 💪🏻

As we approach the end of another fantastic academic year, our young people have been celebrating all of their hard work with some well-deserved reward trips! 🎉☀️

From exploring the wildlife at Blackpool Zoo, bouncing the hours away at Jump Xtreme and meeting the animals at Smithills Farm, to (Soft) Axe Throwing, Kickabouts in the Sun and Ghost Hunting at Ordsall Hall 👻, our young people have loved every minute! 🩶

These reward trips are a celebration of just how DETERMINED our young people are to fulfil their potential throughout the year… you make us very proud! 👏🏻🥹

Here’s to making memories, celebrating our wins, and finishing the year on a high! 🥳

🦁 Match Day at JEP! ⚽️🏆

It’s England vs Argentina tonight, and the excitement has been building all day at JEP! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🔥

Our young people and staff have fully embraced the occasion by wearing their England shirts with pride, getting creative with St George’s Cross artwork, football-themed activities, face painting, and even putting their football skills to the test. From the classroom to the community, the World Cup spirit has been everywhere today!! ❤️🤍

Whatever happens under the lights tonight, we’re proud to see our young people engaging, learning, and having fun together through the beautiful game!

COME ON ENGLAND!!!! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🦁❤️🏆

We’re into our final full week of term! (😱)

Our young people aren’t wasting a single moment, and making the most of taking part in some fantastic activities, supported by our incredible team! 🩶

In Primary, some of our young people had the privilege of exploring one of our Fire Service’s Fire Engines 👨‍🚒 and some pitched their ideas for a JEP mascot to our Founder, Jamie! 🤘🏻(More on this to follow this week!!)

In Secondary, we got busy making some brownies, and Harry had a relaxing trip to Bradshaw Fisheries 🎣

It’s time for another Friday roundup!

It’s been scorching again this week, and we’ve made the most of it with plenty of outdoor activities, including a brilliant sports day at our secondary provision, and even some fishing trips in Primary! 🏃🎣
