It’s Friday again! 🤘🏻🩶

What a brilliant week it’s been once again, with our young people getting stuck into construction, enjoying outdoor excursions, exploring road safety, spending time out and about in our local community, and even celebrating England’s opening game win with a brilliant bit of baking! 👏🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🏆

As the end of the academic year gets closer, our team are showing no signs of slowing down! 🩶💪🏻

Early week activities at JEP! 🤘🏻

It’s been another belting start to the week - Cookie making, smashing the gym, practicing our swing, recipe research and parachute games have all been on the to-do list for our young people! 👏🏻 🍪🏋🏼🏌️🪂

A brilliant mix of learning, confidence building and practical skills all round…keep making the most of it everyone!!🩶

Each of them has been carefully designed the JEP way, providing a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment where our young people feel safe, supported and ready to thrive! 💪🏻

From modern classrooms and specialist learning spaces to our vocational workshop, sports hall and dedicated primary hub, our facilities provide the resources, opportunities and experiences that help young people fulfil their potential! 👏🏻

Another mega week has flown by at JEP! 💪🏻

Kitchen masterclasses, brilliant brickwork, music production, museum missions and a case of World Cup Fever have seen our young people smashing it once again! 👏🏻

Speaking of smashing it, today we said goodbye and good luck to one of our Year 11s, who is leaving JEP before heading to college next year. Well done, George… we’re proud of you! 👏🏻

A flying start to the week! ✈️

Whether it’s been science experiments, plane spotting, bricklaying or smashing our work in the classroom, our young people have started the week as they mean to go on! 💪🏻🩶

A huge congratulations to our incredible members of Team JEP who took on the Bolton Ironman today! 🏊🏃🚴🏻

Whether completing the swim, bike or run leg as part of a relay team, or taking on the challenge of all three disciplines, every single person who took part did themselves and JEP proud! 🩶

At JEP, we believe in leading by example, and today our staff have shown the determination, resilience and commitment that we encourage in our young people every day. They are fantastic role models, demonstrating the importance of keeping active, looking after your wellbeing and setting yourself ambitious goals! 💭🙏🏻

Well done to everyone who represented Team JEP today…you've done yourselves, and all of us, proud!🩶

Friday Feeling at JEP! 🥳

What a brilliant week it’s been across provision! From trips out to museums, to smashing our work in the classroom, and cooking up a feast in the kitchen, our young people have shown amazing effort and engagement throughout! 💪🏻👏🏻

Welcome back to JEP! 🤘🏻🤩

Over the last two days, our young people have been cooking up a storm in the kitchen, making some brilliant Swiss rolls, while Primary have created their own welcome back Rice Krispie cakes.

We’ve also enjoyed getting outdoors with walks, skimming stones, and making the most of being back together after the break.

As part of an AQA unit, some of our young people have also taken part in a fantastic World Cup themed catering project, showing great creativity, teamwork and practical skills.

A brilliant start back, well done everyone! 🩶

Today we close for Summer Half-Term, and what a brilliant half term it’s been! ⭐️

A huge well done to all our YP’s and Staff for their hard work, positivity and togetherness throughout the term 🩶

We hope everyone has a restful half-term, and with the Manchester sunshine finally on its way, make sure you stay cool and stay hydrated! ☀️😎🧊

Mid Week Check In! ⭐️

We’ve had another super week so far across JEP!

In Primary, we’ve said a big goodbye and good luck to Arlo, who has successfully transitioned back into school… a few celebratory frames of Bowling were a must! 👏🏻🎳

Niamh also smashed it with her creative writing this week, well done! ✍️

In Secondary, we’ve been keeping fit with some great boxing and football sessions, and Papa has been in the kitchen whipping up some amazing pasties…Greggs eat your heart out! 🤣👏🏻🩶

Does anyone else have that nearly Friday Feeling?! 🤩
