Today we have our community event around the bandstand to celebrate Salford’s centenary!🥳

📍Bandstand at Parr Fold Park

⭐️Face Painter
⭐️Salford Sound Trail by Compound Eye
⭐️Arts & Crafts
⭐️Willow Weaving by MAD Sustainable Design
⭐️ Besses o' th' Barn Band
⭐️ Streetgate Strummers Ukulele Band
⭐️Food & Beverages from The Pavilion at Parr Fold Park, Carrs Pasties and Brew’d Coffee Pod

Come and make a Salford Star Willow Wand with MAD Sustainable Design and participate in ‘Salfead Selfie Side Quest’ sound trail with artist Compoundye.

⭐️Please bring your own chairs and or cushions (if sitting on the wall near the Chatty Bench) as there will be limited chairs available⭐️

Besses o’ th’ Barn Band will be performing from 12:30 - 2:30pm including an interval.
During the interval The Streetgate Strummers Ukulele Band will be playing as well as after Besses o’ th’ Barn Band have finished.

Last Wednesday at our gardening session with our community event not far off our gardening volunteers did this amazing transformation of the paved area at the front of the bandstand! 🥳

A truly fantastic job.
