Live Well Community Group is a Charity that supports the community to live healthy, be independent and to achieve a sense of fulfilment by giving people the self-belief to make healthy choices and to take responsibility for their own health. Live Well is a charity that mainly supports elderly people within the community, helping to reduce isolation, we will be offering lots of different timetabled

activities where they can come down to the centre and get involved, different activities such as tea/coffee mornings/lunch club/arts and crafts/music/film day, just to name a few, we are currently due to start a project in March that will be about giving the elderly people recipe bags once a week, with ingredients and easy to follow instructions, although our main focus is elderly people, there are other groups we will work with, we aim to do some weight management as well as we have an equipped fitness area, we will also be working with other organisations who may wish to use our facilities such as councillors.
