Mature Movers

Mature Movers Mature Movers is a constituted community group based in Eccles. They perform choreographed routines in local care homes & community settings.

They began as an exercise group in 2004 before being led in a new direction by teacher Martina Coggins in 2006.

On International Women’s Day, I just want to say how grateful I am for the amazing women of Mature Movers. For the past 20 years you have been so much more than just a class. You’ve been a community of friendship, strength, laughter and support.

I feel incredibly lucky to have shared this journey with such inspiring women. Thank you for being part of my life and making Mature Movers so special. 💜
