📽️ In Syria, a group of expert surgeons work by the light from their cellphones through a blackout, to make sure that they can complete a procedure.

Two years on from liberation, the situation for millions in the country is still dire. We're on the ground, delivering a large scale medical mission, supporting hundreds of civilians across the country who wouldn't otherwise have the chance to receive medical help.

In Gaza, something as simple as collecting water can mean a 5km walk and often up to 4 hours of waiting. Our latest project is a step towards changing that. Two new water wells are now providing easier access to clean water for an estimated 1,400 people.
