World Mental Health Day 🌈

At 1066 Kids Club, we believe spending time in nature can help us slow down, feel calmer and reconnect with ourselves 💖

You don’t have to do something big to make a difference. Sometimes, a little fresh air and time outdoors can help us feel better 🥰

Look after yourself, check in with others and remember that your mental health matters!💚
