The team have been up this evening and the pond is ready. A big thank you to the Environment Agency for lowering the gate tomorrow at 0700. Also a massive thank you to Nicole Tessyman and her amazing band, Global Jamming; and St Eia FUNdraisers for their fantastic fundraisers for us this year. You’ve enabled us to purchase our insurances, get what we need and ensure the event goes ahead. Thank you to the landowners for allowing us to carry on our tradition. And finally, a big thank you to the 15+ volunteers who have given up their Saturdays over the past two months. Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow

First working day for the group, and some new volunteers too. Thank you to all who helped, we managed to remove a large branch that went down in Storm Gorreti, starting work on water course and made a start on some weeds and bamboo. More work to be down next week, 0930 at Consols. Thank you to the dream team again!

Tomorrow a fabulous fundraiser organised by St Ives songwriters perform at St Ives Library, with proceeds coming to our small group to ensure we can run a smooth event this year, thank you to these talent people.

This Saturday at St Ives Library - Songs of St Ives.
Several new original pieces will be performed by St Ives songwriters Gavin Nicol, Katrina Geraghty and Nicole herself - alongside classics by renowned songsmiths Vaughan Bennett and the legendary Johnny Barber.
