Shining stars yoga for children/adults with additional needs

We had a fabulous afternoon teaching yoga/ family yoga at our moss bank gala… once again this year I came across well mannered children full of enthusiasm, fun & laughter all wanting to try yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️

Massive thank you to all who bought from my better half’s cake stall.. all proceeds towards the defibrillator which will be located at the moss bank hotel 👍🏻 complete sell out, we had no cake left for me 🤣

Huge well done & thank you to all the organisers once again… great community support ❤️ I came across some very loverly neighbours ..

Working with neurodiverse children, using yoga and music therapy… this young man loves his nursery rhymes, combining his favourite songs with movement to suit his personal needs.. I have worked with this young man for over 3 years, at the moment he’s recovering from a huge operation 👍🏻I’m so pleased, he’s been superb on his recovery ❤️‍🩹 ….
