On such a lovely day a group of ladies from Menevia WI walked around St Davids visiting members gardens. We were blown away by the beautiful gardens, wonderful flowers and vegetables. We also visited Dewi’s acre and were lucky to see the new tranquil space. It’s a delightful peaceful place and well worth a visit.
Thank you to our lovely members for allowing us to visit and their hospitality. A morning enjoyed by all

For our annual craft trip we went to Stackpole Court & Walled Gardens. We enjoyed a walk around the lovely grounds, a picnic lunch and of course coffee and cake in the cafe. At the end we had the opportunity to pick strawberries.

On the way home we called at Clare's Craft Centre who kindly opened for us.

Thank you to Chris our craft co-ordinator who arranged the day, everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

At our main meeting tonight we welcomed Elly Morgan, Tim and Mike from Blood Bikes Wales . Elly and her team explained the role of the blood bikes and how the charity operates. It was a fascinating evening enjoyed by all our members. They even brought along a ‘blood bike’ which a few of our members sat on!

Blood Bikes are run entirely by volunteers and rely on donations. They provide an essential service to the NHS.

Thank you to Elly and her colleagues for giving up their time tonight.

We were absolutely delighted to receive 2nd place with the overall winner going to Camrose WI. Congratulations to them and all the very best for the next round representing Pembrokeshire at The Royal Welsh Show

One of our lucky members who loves cakes! won ‘guess the weight of the cake’ competition! 9lb 6ozs was the correct answer. The cake will be shared with our members at our next meeting in May when we welcome Chantler Teas.

Last Wednesday we had the lovely Clare visiting us. It was a lovely evening and we all enjoyed Clare’s talk and the beautiful samples. We hope to organise a trip to Clare's Craft Centre soon.

Thank you to the ladies of Menevia WI in St David’s for their invite to talk about the Craft Centre last night.
I experienced a very warm and friendly reception from a room full of like minded crafters
Definitely an evening of inspiration for all of us!
Good luck with all your future projects and I look forward to meeting you all again in the future.
