Thank you to those who joined us at Bandi Appeal AGM last night.

Jane Rees is thrilled to be re-appointed as Chairperson.

Trustees and a multi-agency group consisting of HDdUHB, local authority, parent reps etc under the name of Bandi Appeal project Group as we endeavour to make progress in creating a new Carmarthenshire Children's Centre. A workshop is planned for February 11th..more details to follow.

She thanked the Mayor of Carmarthen for her generous donation of £150.

We, volunteers of Poppy Appeal 2025 have been invited to attend with our stand as we near the VE Day 80th Anniversary...as we remember.
WE will be selling the new VE Day pins- ready for you to wear as the 80th Anniversary approaches as well as other items for all ages..in aid of the Poppy Appeal 2025.

A successful AGM meeting was held last Tuesday, ( January 14th) at Ty Nant, Glangwili Hospital with 5 representatives from Hywel Dda Univ Health Hywel Dda Health Board , ( including CEO Prof. Phil Kloer, Lee Davies, Exec Director of Strategy & Planning), Mayor & Mayoress of Laugharne, Ven Matthew Hill and Trustees.
We all ,together, reiterated support of refurbishing the Carmarthenshire Children's Centre.
A Bandi Project Group has been set up to create plans for this development. The Hywel Dda Health Board will be looking to engage with Children and their families over the coming months...target date for completion could be July 2026!

Next Trustees Board Meeting has been pencilled in for Tuesday, April 8th, 6pm at Ty Nant , Glangwili Hospital.
