The Society, founded in 1908 as the organisation dedicated to former pupils of St Bees School, supports the School and provides a forum for members to keep in touch through a website, bulletins, events and this newly set up page. The Society is currently in active contact with nearly 2,000 members, which we are delighted with. However, we also have a substantial number of Members that we
have not heard from for sometime and others that we have lost touch with altogether. If you do not receive ‘The Old St Beghian’ Bulletin twice a year (January & July) or other mailings from us, it is more than likely that we don’t have any up to date contact details for you. If this is the case, please DO get in touch with the OSB Office at [email protected]. We would love to hear from you. In addition, dinners at various venues around the country and other social events are organised for the benefit of Society members, along with the biannual bulletin which contains news of former pupils, together with sporting reports and the Headmaster’s School update. In addition, news and photographs about the Society and its members, along with recent bulletins, can be seen on the St Beghian Society website. We look forward to hearing from you soon and keeping in touch in the future.
