Whether you're a complete beginner, returning to the game, or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, Just Play is the perfect place to get started.

What an incredible evening at the MAC! The atmosphere was absolutely fantastic as England delivered a brilliant performance, and it was great to see so many supporters cheering on the Three Lions together. 🦁🦁🦁

We're doing it all again for England's next game and will be open on Tuesday 23rd June for England v Ghana with a 9:00pm kick-off.

Yesterday we had a very special visit from our fabulous yoga instructor, Hattie, who introduced us to her newest addition, Locryn David Porter.

There were plenty of cuddles enjoyed all round, and it was wonderful to meet the little man.
