As part of our launch weekend we will be hosting a Beach Yoga session with the lovely Sophie from Bodmin Yoga on Sunday morning at 9.30am 🧘‍♀️

Everyone is welcome and please be prepared to stretch and balance through whatever wonderful weather April in Cornwall can bring us 😅🌞🌬️🌦️🌈

Whatever happens we will have the sounds of the sea to relax us and sand beneath us. We can warm up afterwards with refreshments from The Shack at Portmellon or The Rising Sun Inn.

This is part of our Community Water Sports Launch Weekend so there will be other opportunities on both the Saturday (11th) and after yoga on the Sunday (12th) to join us on the water for some kayaking and/or paddleboarding too 🌊

We will also have a taster session with Mevagissey Rowing Club on Saturday 2-4pm AND a social ‘buddies’ dive with Sunshine and Showers Peer Support too. Watch this space 🤩

For even more fun there’s the Mevagissey Shanty Festival fundraiser on the Saturday night as well so why not make a weekend of it in Portmellon and Mevagissey 🥳🙌🌟
