Last week at divisions we enrolled Cadet Spencer.

It’s been a while since we had a ‘newbie’ that hasn’t grown through our junior section. Cadets Spencer is heavily involved in our unit and completed his first district course at the weekend. Big official welcome to the team Spencer.

We are looking forward to meeting our other new recruits this week and their future enrolments in the oncoming months.

We had a 2 week break from meet the team Monday…. Because we welcomed some new adults.
Welcome to PPO Barker-Squire who has returned to us after a short break before becoming staff.
Favourite Food: Pasties
Why am I involved in Sea Cadets: From the age of 11, cadets gave me opportunities outside of school which many may not have had, a way for me to boost my confidence and make friends along the way. I learnt valuable lessons within my 6½ year Cadet career and made many fond memories. Coming back as staff meant I could teach Cadets, as well as learn from other members of staff from their experiences.

Our gift list is still live. We are particularly low on bin bags and cleaning items. You can order through Amazon and it arrives with staff at the unit. Please do remember to write who it’s from so we can thank you.
