Our aim is to help our community out of poverty, making St Austell and surrounding areas a better place to live.

We finally have our new storage containers 😁😁 Apologies for amount of donations that have filled up in our shop, the past few months 😆

While I have your attention, we do have great news, that we now have a new and bigger shop, with our own carpark 😁😁
Daisy Dukes will run as normal in Victoria place for the time being, sadly as the town has now gone quiet and footfall isn't what it used to be we cannot survive there so we will, be closing it down by the end of the year.

Our new shop (which will open in the next few weeks) is the old bridge agency owned by lovely Gill who has now retired and is looking forward to the new Daisy Dukes opening.

Please look out for our posts, to keep you all updated, with a big huge thankyou to everyone of you that's supports us, we couldn't do this without you!!

Good afternoon everyone, just a quick message to say that we will be closing at 1PM today (26/05/26). Unfortunately this is due to unsafe temperatures in the shop and risking staff as well as customers health.

Good morning folks and hope you’re all enjoying the sunshine ☀️.

Quick message to say that we are now selling 1st class stamps. These are while stocks last and are priced at £1 per stamp. Unfortunately haven’t got any other stamps or receiving any more so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Good morning everyone, with recent events over the last days and security services raising the UK threat level to SEVERE. We are reminding all of our customers to remain vigilant and to follow the RUN, HIDE & TELL advice if they encounter a terror attack.

The risk for such an event occurring in St Austell is low however can’t be ruled out entirely.

Our team are always here to assist you or if you see something suspicious, you can also notify town security or the police on 101 (non emergencies) or 999 (emergencies).

Customer notice:

Good afternoon everyone and hope you all had a lovely Easter. Just a quick reminder not to leave any donations when we are closed. We had a bag left on Friday where unfortunately a diving knife was discovered inside along with donations which we don’t even want to imagine if it had gotten into the wrong hands.

We are hugely grateful for all of the donations we receive but when left outside they can be stolen or damaged by weather or other factors which means we are having to dispose of damaged donations or cleaning up after bags being ripped open.

The knife has been handed into the local police station to be destroyed as we don’t accept or sell any large knifes or illegal weapons covered under UK fi****ms regulations.
