For many families, receiving information from the NHS by text message is convenient and easy.

We know that for some parent carers it can be confusing if you get messages about more than one child/young person or from more than one service, all coming to your phone. We have passed this feedback on and will keep raising the issue.

If this or any other topic has affected your family, you can let us know using our feedback form. See the link in our bio.

We now contact most patients by text message or SMS.

SMS or text message is the default method for all kinds of communication that we share with you, including letters, questionnaires, and other important messages about you or your family's health.

This helps us share information quickly and securely and also reduces our use of paper usage.

You can choose a different method or opt out at any time, please let the team who is working with you know that you wish to opt out.

Watford Inclusive Job Fair is an opportunity to talk to local employers and organisations.

As well as Action Deafness, the Step2Skills Supported Employment team will be there all day and BSL interpretation is available.
