St Albans businesses vote YES to a third term for the St Albans City Centre BID. The YES vote was represented by a massive 80.2% of the ballots cast in favour of the BID continuing into a third term.

The successful ballot secures a further five years of business-led investment, and the BID will continue to support a vibrant, thriving, sustainable and resilient St Albans City Centre for the business community.

The final ballot papers have now been delivered. 📮

A huge thank you to all the businesses who took the time to vote in the St Albans City Centre BID Ballot.

Pictured is our independent courier, Julie Coppola, marking the last ballot papers as they were delivered to Civica Election Services for the official count.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, engagement and participation shown throughout the ballot process. Every vote helps shape the future of our city centre.

Today is the last day to vote in the BID Ballot 📮

The Ballot officially closes at 5pm today Thursday 8 October. If you haven't yet returned it, there is still time!

Our independent courier can collect your ballot paper directly from your business before TODAY.

📞 To arrange a collection, please call the BID office on 01727 251310 by 12 noon for collection by 2PM.

Since 2017, St Albans City Centre BID has helped businesses achieve more by working together, delivering events, marketing campaigns, city centre enhancements, business support, safety initiatives and destination promotion through Enjoy St Albans.

✅ Investment in city centre safety and improvements
✅ A stronger collective voice for city centre businesses
✅ Major events that attract visitors and boost footfall

But the BID is about more than projects and events.
