Emily is very kindly sharing her story throughout our Harvest Appeal. Here she talks about her thoughts on Mental Health and food insecurity, on Heart FM.

We have Mind workers in many of our foodbank centres, as we are all too aware of the link between mental health, debt and food insecurity. If you need support, come along to one of our foodbanks, or get in touch. Everyone is welcome, and we can provide support at your own pace – you are in control.
