After several years of significant changes at Godrevy Farm bringing total commmitment towards a complete farming for nature approach by Godrevy farm is transforming into a wildlife rich landscape with healthy soils, clean water and an abundance of biodiversity and we are only just getting started.

In order to celebrate this growing success we are delighted to have teamed up with the marvellous to bring you something truly special, deeply rooted in our local landscape, and available exclusively on cask.

Say hello to Skylark (4.1% Cask Pale Ale).
This beer is all about celebrating nature-positive farming.

For Skylark, master Verdant brewer Kieran, took a portion of Godrevy Farm’s sustainably grown barley to be malted over at the historic Warminster Maltings. To let the quality of the malt really shine through, he then brilliantly balanced the brew with a delicate whirlpool of UK-grown Admiral hops and it delivers a beautiful hint of marmalade and hedgerow fruit. It’s clean, complex, and incredibly quaffable. And we can’t wait to taste it 🍺

JOIN US FOR THE LAUNCH & FIRST POUR!

When: Friday 5th June from 7pm
Where: Schooners, St Agnes ()

The Ranger Team will be there on the night, so you can grab a proper pint of cask Skylark and hear all about

It’s World Bee Day and we are buzzing.

The meadows, coastal slopes and heathlands are looking fantastic, just waiting for the sunshine to break through 🐝

We have new and exciting projects in the pipeline as well as tons of ongoing work to protect and improve habitats for bees along the Cornish coast.

The St Agnes Bolster Festival swings into life this May Day Bank Holiday weekend.
The festival opens on Saturday evening at 8.15pm with a procession from St Agnes Churchtown to a bonfire and BBQ atop St Agnes Beacon.
The St Agnes Bolster Pageant begins at 12 noon on Sunday, when dancers, drummers, and the characters of the pageant parade through St Agnes, calling at the village hostelries to gather support before the defeat of the Giant Bolster later that day.
The pageant itself takes place at 4.00pm on the spring squill and thrift covered cliffs above Chapel Porth Beach

Thanks to for the footage taken from yesteryear……

One of the many glorious sights and sounds of spring on the Cornish Coast is to catch a glimpse and listen to the enchanting somg of a whimbrel. Improving habitats to support their epic migration is part of our commitment to restore and protect nature 🌱
Less than 400 breeding pairs in the UK.
Hope that you get chance to catch them on their journey 🌍
