We have enjoyed more meet ups this month as well as trips out. Our members have crafted, discussed Wuthering Heights in the book club, painted watercolours and enjoyed a chat before the members meet up. We have welcomed new members, been on walks and enjoyed an afternoon tea at the Swan in Dobcross. Lots going on for our WI!

We have been out and about this month celebrating the girl guide movement at our members meeting. Raising £235 for Mossley food bank via a garden visit with tea and cakes provided by our lovely hosts. We had a walk up the hills in Marsden and had fantastic scenery to enjoy en route. Lots going on so more posts to follow! 😊

Our next monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday 29th July The Royal George. Doors open at 7pm for 7:30pm start

Our lunch and learn today featured advice on maintaining healthy house plants and members took along plants that were in need of TLC to get advice and they learned a lot! Thank you Rhianna for all your tips we had great feedback! 🌿🌵🪴

Our social strollers enjoyed a walk to the Veg Lord today where purchases were made 🥔🥕🥦 and they walked back to Greenfield for a bite to eat in the Royal George.

Our two walking groups were out and about recently. we have two walks every month - our social strollers meet up for a walk followed by coffee and refreshments and some members join them at the local café for a catch up. For our Walking Warriors it’s all about the challenge of the walk and the scenery. Which group would you prefer? 😊
