We've recently had a special birthday - Saddleworth Concerts Society is 50 years old! On March 18th, we're inviting you to our celebration concert.

With new music by local composers Alan Williams and Hannah Siddiqui, pieces by Claude Debussy, Carl Nielson, and Arnold Bax, poetry by Saddleworth poet Ammon Wrigley, and even some original poetry, the evening promises a great and varied reflection on what it means to be in, and with Saddleworth.

Introducing the performers for our 50th Anniversary concert in March!

The Claremont Trio is made up of flautist Conrad Marshall, harpist Lauren Scott, and violist Becky Gould. Each instrumentalist has a strong reputation in western art music, having performed with world-class ensembles in the North West and beyond, including the Hallé, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, Northern Chamber Orchestra, and the BBC Philharmonic.

Don't miss out this fantastic evening as they bring their expertise and interpretations to world premieres from local composers, as well as pieces by Claude Debussy and Arnold Bax.
