Through vivid storytelling and fresh insights, Rosenberg explores the dramatic events of 1936, when East End communities came together to oppose fascism on their streets. Examining the people, politics and passions that shaped this pivotal moment, he reflects on its enduring legacy of solidarity, activism and collective action in the face of intolerance and division.
