Funding for a Hydration Trolley for AAU at Conquest Hospital has been approved

Staff currently use a general-purpose trolley with a separate insulated hot water flask. Most patients receive around 5 drinks a day meaning the staff have to go back to the main kitchen to replenish the hot water flask multiple times a day.

The new trolley with an integrated boiler will keep the water at the correct temperature continually, which will take pressure away from the ward teams enabling them to focus upon the patients.
