We’ve decided to reschedule our Sauna in the Woods session to Saturday 23rd May | 10am–1pm 🌿🔥

We really want to encourage people to come and experience it, especially if you’ve been curious but perhaps a little unsure about what to expect. We know trying something new like this can feel a bit daunting on your own… so alongside our introductory offer, we’re also adding a Bring a Friend for £10 option 💛

This is not just a Sauna…expect woodland hammocks, campfire warmth, time to slow down, an invigorating sauna and aufguss ritual with ice, essential oils and music with Spirit Sauna plus the chance to completely switch off beneath the trees.

Why not bring a friend and make a morning of it together 🌲
