- Take time to relax, travel, and do the things you love.
- Do not forget about your hobbies.
- Continue to stay socially active.
- Meet up with friends and family now and then.
- Engage in regular physical activity and eat nutritious foods
- Get plenty of quality sleep (7-9 hours every night).
