We are walking distance from town, in Fitzwilliam Street, close to Wilko, behind EPT gym (off Duck Street & Wellingborough Road)
RUSH 2The DEN is run by volunteers. Yes ALL of the 'staff' are volunteering their time effort and energy helping to prove this much needed opportunity for families in Rushden, Higham and the surrounding areas. We have limited resources and rely heavily on the very genero

us donations of time, equipment and money to make this possible. All our volunteers are DBS checked with years of experience working with children and young adults. YOUTH CLUBS
Regular age specific Youth Clubs in the evenings run throughout the year with the exception of bank holidays and Christmas holidays. During the daytime tots & pre-school children and their adults are able to enjoy daily activities with refreshments and a chat. BABIES, TOTS & ADULTS
Our Babies,Tots and Adults are open from 9.15am to 2.45pm for you to drop in and enjoy your quality time with your little ones around your routine. We aim to make all our Babies, Tots and Adult sessions accessible to all ages. Dad's Stay N Play is the first Saturday of each month followed by our very popular Swap Shop

In addition to our regular programme, Holiday Clubs are available and special events too. Some of our special events include:
Bike Maintenance Workshop
Parents First Aid Courses
Christmas Craft Fayre
Help with homework/coursework also available upon request.

A huge shoutout to Diana!
She put RUSH 2The DEN forward for a donation and then totally brightened our day by swinging by with a £100 cheque from the Scott Bader Commonwealth charity today towards our upstairs rooms build.

We've enjoyed going out in the parks over the Summer Holidays both for Tots and Youth Club activities.
As the weather turns, we are heading inside.Our hall isn't quite ready for us, so...

Youth Club - please check your WhatsApp group for details of where you will be meeting.

Tots & Adults - we will be meeting from Tomorrow at the catholic church hall (1 Hayway) next to HiQ.
Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
10am - 12pm
Parking is available in North Street (opposite Home Bargains)

Mondays we will be based at RUSH 2The DEN for Baby Sensory Snug sessions. Please be aware that access will be via our side door from next week.

RUSH 2The DEN Upstairs Build - Update
So, our first room upstairs is finally done, and wow, what a ride it's been! 🤔

Everything was going swimmingly – we were getting the stairs in and the Snug ready to use again. Until…

We found out the loft "concrete slab" floor wasn't actually concrete!

This old building is seriously giving us a run for our money!

So, while we were out living our best RUSH 2The DEN Youth Club "Challenge Week" lives, the amazing Larkin Homes Ltd Team decided to throw a little demolition party!
They lovingly — or perhaps just vigorously — evicted the ceiling and all that old-school lath and plaster from the roofline.
Let's just say it was less "Home Makeover" and more "Dust Bowl 2.0." Seriously, we're talking about a level of grime that would make a coal miner say, "Whoa, chill out with the dirt!"
This old building, bless its cotton socks, has decided to stage a dramatic financial coup, making our initial budget look like a child's allowance. It's like a grumpy old wizard who keeps pulling extra fees out of its hat so please share our GoFundMe link and donate to help if you can?
