On Thursday, FS Lee attended the Lord Lieutenant Ceremony!🔥

This ceremony was used to celebrate the achievements of many deserving people including our very own FS!💯

⭐️LORD LIEUTENANT CADET⭐️

Today, our very own FS Lee has gained Lord Lieutenant’s cadet!🔥

This is an outstanding achievement and the highest accolade a cadet can achieve in the organisation!✨

Earning this is a huge deal and is only given out once a year. Safe to say that this time, it was her turn!🎉

FS Lee went up against many other cadets and she preformed excellently in her interview!❗️

“I am unbelievably grateful to achieve such a prestigious award! This has been a main goal for years of my cadet career, and it is so surreal that I’ve achieved it. It always seemed like one of those goals that was just out of reach and I wouldnt have the opportunity to achieve in my time, so to say I am ecstatic to hold such an honour is an understatement. Not only am I filled with joy and pride, but also extreme gratitude towards my squadron staff and NCO team and everybody else who has helped me get to this point of my life. I truly couldn’t be happier, and I can’t wait to experience this journey!

Finally, for anybody else who has goals for themselves but they feel as though they dont stand a chance and that the odds are against them, let this be the reminder you need that you truly can achieve anything you put your mind to! The biggest challenge you will ever face is your own negative mindset, and once you overcome that, the sky is the limit! 🔥”

Over the past couple days, a number of our cadets went flying!🔥

All cadets took to the skies, gaining a fancy new wings badge!⭐️

They took this opportunity to ask the pilots questions about their role and what they do, learning many different routes they can go down!✨

Well done to the brave cadets who flew, it takes massive amounts of courage and we couldn’t be prouder!💯

Recently, two of our cadets attended a week long silver leadership course!🔥

Over this week, they both learnt valuable skills that will definitely come in handy in the future along with some skills they can apply to every day life!⭐️

They spent their time doing team tasks, commanding challenges and learning some amazing leadership skills!💫

After completing this course, these two cadets can take part in a gold leadership course, the highest level you can achieve!❗️

Both cadets put in all their effort to get this badge, we couldn’t be happier for them!😆

Today, 3 of our cadets took to the sky, going flying at RAF Woodvale!🔥

This day was filled with new brilliant experiences and some cool aerobatics!‼️

All cadets had the amazing opportunity to talk with pilots about different functions of the aircraft and even had the chance to take control themselves!🌟

After two days full of training, they have now completed the required training to go and shoot this weapon!‼️

All cadet involved demonstrated perseverance and determination to achieve this qualification!💯

We can’t wait for the next opportunity for our cadets to show off their new skill! Bring on the next shoot!🔥

🏃IS CROSS COUNTRY🏃

Yesterday, some of our cadets took part in an inter-squadron cross country competition!🏃💨

All cadets were extremely resilient and shown no excuses, just results!🔥

Despite the pouring rain, we still had an amazing show out, demonstrating the true 306 passion!🏆
