Runcorn Town Community Land Trust is a new community led organisation working with Halton Borough Council and Breaking Ground to develop a community led housing project as part of the Runcorn Town Investment Plan. The project is focusing on Rutland / Egerton / Ashridge Street where the flyover was demolished.
We have produced a document that has some initial sketch plans outlining what could be built on this site. These are very early ideas and will be adapted over the coming months to make them work for the local community. To do this we need your views about what would work best for the site; the type of homes, the number of homes, and the number of commercial spaces that might work for the area. The initial sketch plans for the site can be downloaded.
By completing this questionnaire, you will help us to understand better the housing and business needs of the local community.
You can also choose to enter a competition to win one of four £25 Love to Shop vouchers but this is not compulsory.
