HCPT - The Pilgrimage Trust - Met North West Region HCPT The Pilgrimage Trust is a national charity providing holidays to Lourdes in France for children and young adults with disabilities.

The children are looked after by volunteer helpers who, as well as giving up their time and paying their own fair, also fundraise to cover the cost of the trip for the children. HCPT is divided into small sized family groups, but each group falls under a Region. Met North West is one of the many London based regions of the Trust and is made up of groups who are based in or take children from the n

orth-western area of London. The Groups within our Region are:
