Friday morning really highlighted that spirit.

We’re delighted to welcome our new members -Neil Ouzman of Nexclowd.com and Kev Hawkins of The Hubb Foundation into the chapter!

Neil helps businesses stay connected and protected through his vital cybersecurity work.
Kev represents The Hubb Foundation, a charity providing meals, activities, and safe spaces for children and families across Stoke-on-Trent. Their impact on the community is incredible.

Big Congrats to Danny Wareham of Firgun
Danny gave a brilliant 60-second pitch today — funny, engaging, and packed with insight into how Firgun supports businesses through people-focused culture and HR. Great job, Danny!

Huge thanks to Nicky Bartley of Thrive & Shine for an inspiring talk on building resilience, breaking through limiting beliefs, and improving wellbeing at work. Everyone in the room took something valuable away.

A hundred years ago, Rudyard Lake was where people came to set sail on new adventures.

Dressed in their Sunday best, families climbed into boats and pushed off into the unknown, full of optimism, connection, and possibility.

Today, at that very same spot, a different kind of journey begins every Friday.

Our James Brindley Chapter meets here.
And, together, our members pass over £600,000 of business each year in our local community.

Different boats. Same spirit.

We still believe that when people come together with purpose, great things happen.
