VIP Day Centre has once again been recognised for its outstanding contribution to community care, securing the prestigious Award of Excellence 2026—marking an extraordinary milestone of winning an award every single year since 2015.

This year’s award follows on from previous successes, including the organisation’s 2025 Award of Excellence, highlighting a rare achievement of consecutive wins—something described as “very rare” by the awarding body.
Founded by care professional Natalie Allcock, VIP Day Centre was born out of personal experience. After witnessing firsthand the lack of affordable, meaningful support available to her own family member living with dementia, she set out to create a service that would allow people to remain in their own homes while staying connected, active and socially engaged.
Since then, VIP Day Centre has grown into a multi-location provider, with centres across Bromsgrove, Redditch, Worcester, Prestwich, Bradford and Royston, delivering high-quality, person-centred day care in welcoming community environments.
