Thank you to everyone who came along to our tree switch on today. The Rothes Primary school choir did a wonderful job (photos from the school to follow). Thanks to cafe in the square for letting us move indoor on such a miserable afternoon!

This year 40 children entered our lucky draw.Last year'swinner Cailey drew this year's lucky number, which was no2 Angus Cowie! Angus was delighted to have the very important job of pushing the big button!

Rothes Estate have kindly donated this year's tree, I'm sure we'll all agree its helped the town look festive! A huge thank you from us all at Rothes Council to everyone involved in the Christmas light display ⭐❄️

Our Christmas tree switch on is today!

Cafe at the square open from 3pm for winter treats and hot drinks.

Raffle in support of the lights set up in the cafe - donations still welcome.

Children in the choir please meet Mrs Sargeant at the Christmas tree at 3.45 (forecast is to dry up this afternoon🤞)

Join us at 3.50 to hear the Rothes Primary school choir!

It's November so we can officially mention the 'Christmas' word! We will be holding another Tree Switch on this year, join us on Sunday the 8th of December from 3pm in the Cafe in the Square, followed by 4pm at the tree.

Raffle prizes welcome and can be handed into the Cottage, all proceeds to the upkeep of the Christmas lights. Thank you to Keith and his team who check the lights annually and arrange repairs and new lights to light up our dark nights. Donations towards the Christmas lights welcome!
