The Sea Cadets, Army Cadets UK, Royal Air Force Air Cadets, and Cadets In Schools help to give young people a real advantage in education and work.

A 2021 study by the University of Northampton found that Cadets develop key communication, teamwork and leadership skills and become more confident and resilient, setting them up for future success.

And under a new ‘30 by 30’ campaign launched last year, the Government has ambitious plans to expand Cadet opportunities for a new generation of young people.

Divisions and recent training has see a great number of achievements from our Cadets as they work towards their promotions and awards.

We were also pleased to welcome the members of the Team Renewables who joined us, following their recents support in the installation of the Solar Array on the roof.
