💫 In Memory Of Teddy Kelly 🧡 Teddy was the first of both his mums and dad's grandchildren and was adored beyond belief by all of his family and friends. Unfortunately on the 20th of October 2023 after Teddy'

s mum finished getting him ready, she noticed a lump on his neck. Teds mum and dad (Richard and Katie) immediately rushed him to Rotherham hospital where after a short while and scans it revealed Teddy had a potential cancerous growth. Teddy was shortly admitted to Sheffield Children's hospital where he had further scans. The scans revealed the worst and Teddy was unfortunately diagnosed with High Risk (Stage 4) Neuroblastoma. Devastated, Teddy's family gave the go ahead for his treatment, with hope that it would be successful. Unfortunately, after initial fantastic results seeing his tumours shrink, just before his fifth out of 6 rounds of chemotherapy there was bad news. Teddy's treatment was no longer working and the cancer was now in fact refractory, and had spread worse than at the start of his initial diagnosis. Ted, being the fighter that he was never gave up hope, and continued to battle though and tried another type of chemotherapy immediately after with the help of his Doctor. Although results initially looked good, Teds disease was too aggressive and was given days to live. Teddy's parents under strict orders from himself decided to take Teddy home and give him the best quality of life he could have. On the 23rd April 2024, Teddy passed away 24 hours from being released from Sheffield Children's Hospital surrounded with his loved ones. Throughout Teddy's treatment he was a ray of hope and resilience, he never questioned his diagnosis and we are all so proud of him. The Team Ted foundation was founded to continue Teddy's legacy and to allow others to create special moments and memories as the Kelly family did, without the financial burden. The Team Ted Foundation will also provide assistance to others who require furniture and equipment to allow their children to spend their last hours at home comfortably.

We feel incredibly privileged and deeply grateful that you chose to support Team Ted Foundation 🥹🧡. Every penny raised will go directly towards helping children who are bravely battling cancer. Just as important is the awareness and visibility you’ve given to the work Team Ted does — something truly priceless 🧡.

Last night’s event was nothing short of spectacular, and we’re so thankful you welcomed us in to be part of it 🤩.

🙌🤩 An absolute massive THANK YOU to all of the the team at the amazing for their recent fundraiser, with all of the proceeds going towards Team Ted Foundation 🧸🎗️💫.

🧡🥹 What a lovely surprise from this morning for Bobby. We weren’t expecting anything, and watching Bobs open his box was incredibly emotional.

Christmas can be a difficult time for us, as it is for many others, and we do everything we can to make it special for Bobby. One of our biggest worries is that people might forget about Teddy, so thoughtful gestures like this mean more than we can say.

Thank you so much, , and thank you to everyone for your continued support. It really does make a difference.
