Did you know that there are 31 parished areas in Rotherham, including two town councils, 25 parish councils, one community council, and 3 parish meetings?
From Friday 1 May, we’re wanting to hear your views on your local parish boundary. Whether you live in one of these areas or if you’re involved in your local council or neither of these, make sure you have your say.
The last review on parishes in Rotherham took place in 2008 and since then there has been significant new housing developments and population movement across the borough. The new review will help us ensure that parish councils reflect the communities they serve.
