Sheffield Coalition Against Israeli Apartheid is pleased to have the opportunity to welcome Palestine Film Institute (PFI) delegation of film makers who will be show casing their work at Sheffield DocFest on 13.06.26.

We are also really pleased to see documentaries about Palestine in the main listings.

A huge thank you to everyone who attended our Short Film Social in April 2026, where we watched The Present (2020). With an insightful group discussion and wonderful homemade food, the evening helped us to strengthen our community spirit whilst engaging in meaningful dialogue about the everyday challenges of life faced by Palestinians. We also raised £200 for the Sheffield Emergency Relief Fund!

Join us at 6pm on Saturday 30th May for our Eid Fundraiser for Palestine! Enjoy a wonderful buffet, performances from local poets, and a live auction!

The money raised from the evening will be donated to the Sheffield-Palestine Cultural Exchange (SPaCE). SPaCE has been working with projects in Gaza during the genocide to support children and families through the Sheffield Emergency Relief Fund and via projects focusing on relieving the trauma of children and parents from the terrible impact of living through a genocide.
