Easter fun! 🌸🐣

All of the kids got creative making their own Easter baskets using lots of colour, creativity, and big smiles!..even more smiles when they saw what had been put in their baskets! 🎨🧺
We then burned off some energy with a lively game of dodgeball (safe to say it got VERY competitive! 😄🏃‍♂️)
To finish, everyone decorated their own Easter biscuits – and they looked almost too good to eat… almost! 🍪✨ Thank you to The Centre at Brinsworth for the donation of the easter biscuits!

It’s been great to see everyone having fun, getting involved, and trying new things.

This was our final week before the Easter holidays, we will be back on 14th April. Have a great Easter and we will see you in a few weeks!

Today our amazing children have put their creativity and kindness to work by making beautiful bottle bouquets especially for their mums for Mother’s Day. 💐

With lots of care, imagination and teamwork, the children transformed simple bottle bottoms into lovely bouquets full of colour and love. It was wonderful to see how proud they were of their creations and how excited they are to take them home to the special women in their lives.

A big well done to all the children for their fantastic effort – your mums are going to love these thoughtful gifts! Happy Mother’s Day to all the wonderful mums and carers. 💖

P.s look out for the pop (bottle) of colour that has been added to the garden! Have a great week!

As always, it was a very busy evening!

We saw some absolutely gorgeous flower paintings created, while others participated in football with active regen. The fun continued with tuck shop, followed by games – Wink Murder and Port and Starboard were firm favourites!

Join us again next week to finish what we started… no spoilers for the mums! 😉

🏢 Kidzone Evening Update
​It has been another incredibly productive and high-energy evening here at Kidzone! Our session was so fast-paced that we focused entirely on the activities at hand, leaving little time for photography.
​The children enjoyed a hands-on biscuit decorating session, showcasing some fantastic artistic flair (and a bit of a mess!).
​We transitioned into some high-spirited physical activity, with everyone showing great sportsmanship and competitive drive during games of Bulldog and Dodgeball.

​Please note that next Tuesday will be our final session before the half-term break.
​We look forward to seeing everyone then at 6:15 PM. Thank you for your continued support!

Kidzone Youth Club is run by Brinsworth Parish Council with support from Active Regen. We offer a fun mix of crafts, sports, and games every Tuesday during term time at Brinsworth Pavilion.

Sessions run from 6:15pm to 7:30pm, and cost just £1.20, which includes a drink and a snack.

If your child would like to come along, a parent or carer will need to attend with them on their first visit to complete a consent and medical form.

What a fantastic evening full of new challenges! Some of us got creative making pom poms, while others threw themselves into an action-packed game of dodgeball. We then enjoyed tuck shop and wrapped up the night with plenty of fun games.

That’s a wrap for Christmas! 🎄 We had such a wonderful time playing party games, enjoying a buffet, and ending the evening with some fantastic karaoke. A huge thank you to one of our mums for kindly donating the head dresses for the children — they certainly added an extra touch of fun to the evening!

Each child also received a gift from Brinsworth Parish Council, which was very much appreciated.

We hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! ✨

Christmas has officially arrived at Kidzone! The children have been busy creating wonderful snow globes and cheerful rocking snowmen. We also had Active Regen in the main hall, which certainly got everyone moving and left us with plenty of rosy cheeks.

Next week, we’ll be continuing the Christmas festivities, and we’re looking forward to even more seasonal fun!
