Last week we were pleased to welcome Councillor Neil Young to learn more about the work we do in our community, and today we were delighted to meet Councillor Luke Wheat - Reform Uk

It was a great opportunity to share how our organisation supports local children, families and residents, and to showcase the positive contribution our community makes every day.

Luke was also one of the first people to receive one of our new "Everyone Is Welcome" stickers (apologies Neil – they weren't ready when you visited if you are passing call in for one!). All of our children will be receiving a sticker as part of a project that encourages kindness, inclusion and understanding. We believe that while we may have different backgrounds, views and experiences, there is far more that unites us than divides us.

Thank you to both councillors for taking the time to visit and learn more about our work in Thurnscoe.
