🌞 We're Open as Usual – Please Take Care in the Heat 🌞

With the warm weather continuing, we'd like to reassure everyone that the MS Therapy Centre remains open as normal, and all appointments, therapies, and classes are going ahead as planned.

We are keeping a close eye on temperatures throughout the day and will continue to monitor the situation. Should conditions become unsafe, we may need to make adjustments or close temporarily, but for now everything is running as usual, including our Neuromove session.

To help everyone stay comfortable, this week's Neuromove will focus on low-intensity movement, including gentle stretching, posture work, and mobility exercises rather than more strenuous activity.

We understand that heat can affect everyone differently, particularly those living with MS. If you don't feel comfortable travelling or attending in the current temperatures, please just let us know – we completely understand.

πŸ’§ Stay hydrated
β˜€οΈ Keep cool where possible
πŸ“ž Contact us if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment

Thank you for your understanding, and please look after yourselves during the hot weather.

🌟 Centre Champions Friday 🌟

This week, we would like to say a huge thank you to the The Hospital Saturday Fund for their generous grant of Β£2,000 towards our Strolll Programme.

We're delighted that the programme started this week, giving participants the opportunity to experience this innovative form of rehabilitation. Delivered by the team at Hallamshire Physiotherapy Clinic, STROLLL combines physiotherapy with augmented reality technology to create engaging and interactive therapy sessions that support mobility, balance, confidence, and overall wellbeing.

The Hospital Saturday Fund's support has helped make this exciting therapy accessible to those who need it most, ensuring more people can benefit from specialist rehabilitation in a fun and motivating environment.

From everyone at MS Therapy Centre, thank you for helping us bring innovative therapies to our community and improve the lives of those living with MS and other neurological conditions.

πŸ’™ Thank you for being one of our Centre Champions.
