Evening everyone.
We are full to capacity now for prom and anyone that hasnt paid for tickets will not be able to attend.
We cannot possibly fit any more in mainly due to weather, if everyone takes cover in the indoor areas we will be struggling for space.
Our educational stalls are catering for a set amount of people also and we want everyone to have an amazing time.
Sorry for anyone that missed out on tickets.
Next year please try book asap :)
Just a reminder for those attending, please make sure you supervise your children at all times.
The venue is absolutely incredible and we want to respect the kind owners that have allowed us to use their venue.
Theres also lots of animals amd we want to make aure both your children and the animals are kept safe at all times.
We have a find the cowboy hat game which is limited to one hat per child so please if your child has more than one can you get them to re hide the rest to make it fair for everyone.
When you go into the entrance of the play barn there is stairs to go up to the left and that is where our educational stalls will be.
In the entrance there will be red and green wristbands.
These are green for ok with pictures and red for no pictures please.
Please collect and wear for the event so we can make sure only those with green bands are photographed as we and the other educational stalls like to take pics to share on social media ect.
All in all.
Have some great fun and make some memories :)
