This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, but every week should be Mental Health Awareness Week. Everybody at some point needs some help to get along.

💜 On the 27th of April 2022 11 women met in a room for a pilot of a new peer to peer support group for women aged 18 and over -in the Rotherham area - we didn’t know what would happen and or if it would work but we’ve persevered and we are still going strong.

Life has been tough for the last year the founders but we have stuck at it and 4 years on we are still here.

The difference in the ladies that attend is amazing and we are so proud of you all and the journey you are on.

Happy 4th birthday Women A.S.K long may we continue.

Wow just like that another year has passed! 💜 On the 27th of April 2022 11 women met in a room for a pilot of a new peer to peer support group for women aged 18 and over - we didn’t know what would happen and or if it would work but we’ve persevered and we are still going strong 💜 This has been our most difficult year but the main thing is that we have kept the doors open to the women of Rotherham who need support 💜 still think this quote says it all 💜 Happy 4th Birthday Women A.S.K 🥳 💜
