In 1987 the mill was badly damaged by 'the Great Storm'. 39 years later she is looking marvellous following a decade of dedicated restoration. Why not come and see for yourself at our last open day of the year. 2-5pm Sunday 25th October. Free tours and refreshments available.

Our volunteers are busy preparing the mill for winter; putting the finishing touches to the round house roof to seal it. But it's not too late to come and visit as we still have 2 more open days left this year, on 27th September and 25th October.We would love to welcome you and tell you how the mill has operated since it was built in c1835.
We are open from 2 to 5pm so please bring the family to learn how our ancestors produced flour.

Our next open day is almost here. We would love to see you! Climb to the top to see the view; grind your own flour with our hand quirn; learn all about this fabulous building from our volunteers; or simply enjoy a cuppa and a slice of cake. Sunday 30th August, 2-5pm

A huge thank you to everyone who came to see and support us at the Rotherfield fete today. We had a great time meeting you all and are very grateful for the money raised from the stall which will go towards the maintenance of the mill. Thanks also to Rotherfield & Mark Cross Bonfire Society for inviting us along.

Argos Hill Windmill will be supporting Rotherfield & Mark Cross Bonfire Society at their summer fete on Saturday 8th August. Why not come along, say Hi, and have a go at our spin the wheel game.

Free entry, tea/coffee and home made cakes, guided tours, and excellent views. We would love to see you!

We are at the Rotherfield Parish Get Together this morning. Why not pop along and say hi. We have colouring and windmill making for the children and there is lots to look at!
