Poisons!!!

This is Stripe , she could not walk when she arrived at all and was dragging both her back legs, my vet xrayed her to rule out any broken bones. As you can see she has now plumped out and is walking. Still a bit unsteady but she is amazing...
Im currently caring for three other hedgehogs who are suffering with some kind of toxins in their system. This is due to pesticides sprayed on w**ds ( which hedgehogs will lick to get bugs or even get on their bodies walking through the sprayed plants then groom it off themselves) . Often people think just of slug pellets poisoning hedgehogs but more and more im seeing hedgehogs with neurological symptoms. So, w**d killers , pesticides, chemicals to make the soil a certain suitability for plants. They are all able to get into a hedgehogs system . This causes them not to eat, present shakey, circling , lying on one side. There's a whole load of symptoms. My vet has been treating a particularly bad one the past couple of days. She is now back at the rescue for me to take over. She needs very intensive nursing.
