Some pictures of the shedders and a few other volunteers helping to set up for The Rosyth Gala
A massive thank you to all who turned up today to start getting things ready for this great community event, regularly over 10k people attend the gala every year
The work of all volunteers and the Gala committee ensure the Rosyth Gala goes ahead for the local community and further afield.
Sadly this year there were fewer volunteers helping in the setting up, if a decline continues it will become very difficult to hold this great community event, any help that can be offered is greatly appreciated even an hour or two goes a long way in helping your community
The set up begins on the Friday morning before gala day, followed by final touches on gala day from around 8am. Then the big push once the gala comes to an end at 5pm to get everything taken down and stored away in the van for the sunday morning when we empty the van into the events shed for next year
Please consider if you have some spare time on these days to come down and let it be known you can lend a hand
