We want to thank the Herefordshire Freemasons for their generous donation to our scheme.
We have been volunteering as a team for many years, and without the ongoing support from local groups, companies and the public, we simply couldn't provide our response in the way we do.
On-going costs each year increase, and that puts more demand on our team. All our members are volunteers and provide their own time to respond to emergencies, provide community awareness training and also check and support the Community Public Access Defibrillator & Public Access Bleed Kit sites across the area.

Freemasons from Ross on Wye worked together to provide funding of £1,500 for HWCFR Ross-on-Wye Ross Community First Responders (CFRs) which will be used towards the ongoing costs of uniforms, medical equipment and vehicle costs.
This is just one example of the local support given by Herefordshire Lodges to their local CFRs.
The Community First Responders across Herefordshire are a focus charity this year for Herefordshire Freemasons who have already donated two vehicles through the Arrive Alive Charity as well as 100 bleed kits that the Herefordshire based CFRs have installed in defibrillators across the county.
