HEART RDA HEART RDA is dedicated to helping people through the use of equine therapy and RDA carriage driving.

Our range of equine intervention courses are aimed at young people and adults with mental health and/or behavioural issues who are stuck or disengaged from talk-based support. Based on our 18-acre site, we teach, rehearse and repeat key resilience skills in an intensive and challenging, but fun programme. Our specially trained horses and 1-to-1 facilitator support provides individuals with in-the-

moment feedback. As a registered RDA Group, we will also offer Carriage Driving opportunities from the Spring of 2022 for individuals. Our specially adapted carriage is designed to accommodate wheelchairs, enabling all to come and have a go. We have many volunteering and supported volunteering opportunities both on the land and with our ever growing number of furry friends.
